You don't think, you know, him being a guy who worked for the russians while investigating Trump for working with the russians, you don't think that maybe he didn't help cover it up?

Because that's what they would pay him to do.

Yeah, it is a pretty good one. It doesn't require a big leap of faith kind of thing. It seems like something that could happen.

He was one of the agents in charge of investigating Trump early on, not the leading agent. This was before Mueller was appointed. So, he was involved. And he is high ranking.

And I saw one of the news programs reporting on this said Charles McGonigal initially cleared Trump of any wrong doing. But I've only found that one reference. I haven't seen anything reporting on his actual involvement in the case.

His office was also involved with the Hillary email thing. There was a lot of pressure within the FBI to investigate her. I wonder if that came from him?
