Um, Mal0 is 1471. 1471 is the designation, but the actual scp is a app called Mal0 V 1.4.7.1. The app is supposed to be a dating app, and it sends pictures of the creature above to you, which start off as being places you've been in the last few months, to last few weeks, to last few days, to WHERE YOU CURRENTLY ARE. Also, no matter how many times it's taken off of app stores, it always reappears. If you delete it, I think it comes back after a day or so. The creature itself is SCP-1471-A. 1471-A is probably the most lewded/r34'd scp.

There's even a mtf made to contain it, plus an accompanying tale. I think it's called Mobile Task Furries. They wear "Tactical fursuits", which I assume are just fursuits with body armor and stuff built into them.
