Californians have it bad when we have rolling blackouts in the summer…wait till winter when everyone is forced to use electric heating systems, cooking on electric stoves and charging their battery powered Tonka toy cars

No one ever makes them live up to their own rules.

They just get to make rules, and keep expensing private jet charters, and Kobe beef meals, and armed personal protection details, ... .

Not at all true. Heating your home with electric is extremely expensive. I don't know anyone who has electric baseboards to heat their homes. I myself have had an electric stove with a gas furnace.
