Show me where that's a receipt for paying rent.  Show me where it's a receipt for paying rent at his dads place. 



And why does it claimed he owned the property but also is renting it? 



How do you own a property that belongs to your dad but you're also renting it? 



Why does it say "current resident" and the response is the name of a company?

Who pays $49k/mo “rent” on a $1.5m property? Money laundering people sure would.



Why is that hard to believe.....This is the man who said his drug addict son is the most intelligent man he has ever known. They used Air Force 2 to make these deals..Joe isn't what anyone would call bright..



Of course, there’s always a chance Hunter was lying. If true, however, hard to come up with an innocent explanation for charging your son $50k a month to rent a $2 million property.

BREAKING: Hunter Biden’s $49,910 rent payment is the same exact amount of money he received from a rental deposit linked to his business venture with CEFC China Energy Co.



Per the outlet, the New York Post exhumed the following email to Hunter from House of Sweden general manager Cecilia Browning regarding a deposit for an office space:



“If you are willing to terminate the lease of #507 – the owners are willing to let you out of the lease as of December 31, 2017. Please note that there is a security deposit paid by you of $49,910 which will be returned within 15 days after the termination of the lease (after inspection of normal wear and tear).”

Nobody launders money that is already legally owned. That's just not what money laundering is.



Maybe you think that Biden was supposed to pay more taxes on his son's rent, but I strongly doubt that the IRS missed this one on a first pass so you'll have to quit trying to convince me and just go straight to a court judge.



But to prove money laundering, you have to claim that the money was illegally earned to begin with. You've not done that. People pay rent to family members all the time, that isn't in itself illegal.

Hunter checked the box that he "owned" the Barley Mill house, but according to New Castle County, the house has never been transferred/sold to Hunter. Jill and Joe have owned it since 1996.
