Well, the Covid vaccine specifically was very hastily pushed when there was no testing of long-term effects. We still don't really know what all the effects could be.

Yes we do. Vaccine side effects almost entirely present within two months. It's been over two years. We know no less about the side effects of these than we do about the side effects of the smallpox or polio vaccines.

Short term side effects are different than long term effects. They couldn't really have known the long term effects less than a year after they created it.
