Mexico specifically imports the chemicals from China, manufactures fentanyl and adds it to all kinds of drugs and counterfeit prescription meds, from weed, cocaine, heroin, to Xanax, Adderall, Percocet and more. This is done specifically for import to the US, per DEA.

Absolutely kids in the US are responsible for their drug use. Our society is far too permissive with drugs.
