Yeah, it's odd - according to the headline and the first paragraph, it made it sound like poof, they're done with this nonsense.

Then, however, it says "The declarations of commemorative months, including Black History Month, Women’s History Month, Pride Month, Hispanic Heritage Month and Native American Heritage Month, will now be determined by Temecula’s diversity commission."

So the "diversity commission" can still proclaim these months?
