The second location was not disclosed. Was it the office Joe shared with Hunter and Hunter’s Chinese business “partner”? If it was his home, how secure was it? Why would the files be at his home? Expect the worst since they are not disclosing the location or number and type of files.
The original disclosure of 10 files has not been verified as to how many files, but Joe referenced “boxes”.

No, Biden’s stash was not already in the archives. National Archives stated they were unaware of files at Penn Biden Center, what they consisted of, nor how many.
