Yes... the building materials were already in place to finish... but spiteful dems would rather spend more money on guarding those materials than using them to finish the wall...

And Congress just gave themselves 2.5 Million each to use on things like building personal walls...

Biden is currently using 500,000 more of taxpayer money on walls around his beach property...
