Don't know about that 'state run' part. Maybe just fire all the woke employees in all levels of management and hire new people that aren't like that so the company will be get back to what Walt intended it to be. . .also fire the jerkwads that screwed up Marvel comics, Star Wars, and The Muppets.

I agree . . . but right now Disney is essentially an independent government entity inside Florida with their own police force and all sorts of outrageous exemptions from state laws just as if they were a massive foreign embassy.
