Ash wasn’t really a great character so let’s see how they refresh

tbh I understand why they're changing, the man's been there for so long they needed to change things a bit more, if only to keep somewhat of an illusion of coherence (cf. the 1billion memes about Ash being immortal)

Yeah, honestly his journey has gone on for way too long. I will say it kinda sucks to see his journey come to an end (been a Pokémon fan since the beginning). I am hoping things go well with the new protagonists though
