if your wondering on where i got the names from then here is my processes
London the Quaquaval: London is wet and the cornerstone of the UK (the country i live in)
Washington the Gardevoir: the US has a lot of psychics and also i could see a Gardevoir being very powerful like the US.
Belgrade the Ceruledge: Serbia is probably insane like ceruledge
Canberra the Clodsire: Clodsire looks like something that would show up in Australia.
Tokyo the Bellibolt: Bellibolt could probably power all of Tokyo and their extreme neon.
Berlin the Tinkaton: Germany looks unassuming but is probably a beast in battle. Same applies to tinkaton.

I always pick some random name that comes to mind, I didn't realize people had reasoning they use.
