Brown, black, red, and yellow, California has denied rights to all. California took land from brown and red and exploited black and yellow labor. Slavery is beside the point. Still don't agree with reparations. Throwing money at people just because of the color of their skin and expecting good results goes against common sense. Unfortunately, common sense goes against California's policy.
