Never mind. I read the tagline. I want a neutral politics stream that's moderated properly (as in only handing out timeouts for ToS violations, and featuring all memes as long as they don't break the rules).

Neutral politics is impossible, other than that Real_Politics meets your criteria. They are consistent, no arbitrary time in the penalty box, quick to post memes- even controversial, but from a self professed conservative leaning viewpoint.
