I am saying that because any normal person wouldn't have left behind 35,000 US citizens and billions of dollars worth of military equipment. It would take a complete and utter moron to do that.
I take that back about Obama. Obama killed 4 US citizens in Benghazi. He watched as the whole thing went down and then went to bed without doing anything. He had two other platoons stand down that could have gone in and stopped it long before the Ambassador and the 3 other contractors were assassinated.
So, I could easily see Obama doing something as equally stupid as Biden. But aside from Biden and Obama I just cannot see any other president act as idiotic as those two. The worst of the worst.
