Putin said during the Bush Admin, that they would not allow Ukraine to join NATO, putting nuclear misiles basically on the Russian Border. Bush pushed hard for Ukraine to be admitted. Biden made it happen and then what happens? Whoops another war to cash in on. Damn. How did that happen. Putin gets higher prices on his oil, young men die and the rich get richer.
