I find the best way to combat bullies with regards to a more socially awkward subject, like being a furry, is to have friends there who can support you.

I do, my gf is telling the bus driver, the principal, the counselor and everyone else with the power to get rid of him, but I can call the cops for harassment

yeah... listen, here's the thing. Middle school is filled with a bunch of kids trying to prove how "cool" and "based" they are, usually by singling out the ones who are different from the most powerful and popular people in the school. Here's some advice:
1) If they're yelling at you, just ignore them. I know, I know, it's hard. But just put some loud music on, try to tune them out.
2) Don't be afraid to fight back. If they're surrounding you, threatening you, stand up for yourself. Bullies love themselves a person who will just take in all of their insults and internalize them. Make sure to show them you're not going to just take it.
3) Don't be afraid to tell a teacher. Look, being a teacher's pet is much better for reporting bullying because people will know that if you hurt them or yell at them you WILL tell the teacher. Snitches are usually better off than others when it comes to bullying.
4) Talk to your parents, the school counselor, anyone in authority, about what happened. Don't be afraid to make a big scene to attract people's attention. If people know about your situation, they'll probably help.

If the bullying gets too extreme, you can, and should, visit a therapist.
