The First Amendment on respecting the establishment of religion | "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof"; Means that the Congress of the Federal Goverment of the United States of America shall not make any law establishing a religion on a federal scale, nor prohibit the exercising of religion on a state or personal level. It may surprise you but Modda is actually a very obnoxious person.

He makes cringe leftist memes where he attacks people for having right wing views. He cannot take criticism. He banned me and other people in streams he moderated just because we criticized him, he follows me around and gets into conversations I have with other people, and he costantly tells lies about me.
