You never know. The narrative is as a lot of people voted for the first black president. I know a few who voted Barak solely because he was black. But then Hillary lost 8 years later. None of the covid based illegal change of election laws were in effect then.
My theory is after Bush, the Dems felt confident winning the election, so they put up the most radical candidate available. Hillary lost the primary- she was not radical enough. Plus Barak pulled in black conservative voters.
As far as Biden goes, the illegal changes in swing state election procedures opened the door for mail-in fraud in selective states. There was no WIDESPREAD voter fraud because it was swing state specific.
