No...technically, Jan 6th was the date that a peaceful protest got out of hand.

Whether or not it was sparked by "insurrectionists" or by "flees-flag Democrat operatives (i.e. Ray Epps, et al)" is something that a FAIR hearing would determine.

No. I would not agree to that. If he were guaranteed a fair and impartial hearing (something that the Democrats in charge  are totally incapable of), he would appear before the committee.
