How exactly am I supposed to know who in my community is one of those post-ops? First, it's not as common as the hard core folks on the far left/right of this issue would have anyone believe.
Second, it's not as if the wear a scarlet T that says they've had it done.
I personally do not know any friend, relative, or coworker that's had anything cut off that they were born with. I'm guessing that you have a bunch in your community and can spot them?
