They lied to us about Roe v Wade. They now say that Putin's war driving up gas prices, and Trump's mishandling of Covid have nothing to do with inflation. Economists disagree. I worked in health care management and related fields for 35-years. If your "old doctor," was playing straight, he would have taken the private insurance coverage that is the backbone of ACA. He was either playing politics with your health on part of insurance networks that refused to provide the minimum coverages required by the ACA.

As I said, those issues are way down the list for me to give much more than a passing glance at when trying to decide which candidate to vote for. I don't expect you to have the same priority list, but focusing on one issue while the rest of the country is falling, is very short-sighted.

You will be happy to learn that Putin just got OPEC to join him in cutting oil production by 2-million barrels a day. This will raise gas prices, which will also raise inflation, like it did the last time he did this. Republicans will blame Biden, which you will blindly believe. Have a delightfully disinformed day.

I drive less than 10 miles a week. Gas prices are not a big concern for me. Meanwhile you continue to ignore the country going down in flames because of the vegetable in the oval office.

Think back to elementary or middle school, when you learned about Archimedes' experiments with fluid displacement. Apply his example to supply, demand and inflation. Inflation (displacement) is naturally occurring when supply (water) in a container (the economy) is impacted by demand (a brick or similar object.) The right amount of water in the right container displaced by the right sized brick will not overflow. Left without a brick, the water will not rise to the desired level. Add two or more bricks and a catastrophic overflow will follow. Imbalances in supply and demand in a capitalistic model drive inflation or deflation.
