This is not only promoting black supremacy but also is making the movie seem confusing for if they saw the original film.
Political correctness is involved because those who haven't seen the original don't know that Ariel is actually white but she has been turned into a black person who is for some reason there just because to make white people ashamed.
I'm not a white supremacist but please, if you're going to change a skin colour, just make an inspired movie like a spin off at the very least or a different series but based in Africa to make it even more diverse.
