That's Socialist code for: "we keep counting votes until the most liberal candidate wins." Such a DISGRACE to America! My state tried pushing that nonsense too, but thank goodness our voters were smart enough to reject it. Anyway the Dem who "won" this special election is only in for the few remaining months of the previous term. Sarah Palin & the others will be back to contend again in November.
