Actually real capitalism doesn't have any people like that. What you are probably talking about is when people force the government to interfere in capitalism, like when the big corporations don't pay taxes and pay the government to make laws that favor them and don't let them fail (like not shutting down during covid, but all the little businesses had to close down).
