A: Yes. Sound isn't defined by who hears it, but rather by the physical process that sound consists of.

A: Yes. Just because it is useless reasoning that leads one to nonsense, and often dangerous conclusions, doesn't mean it isn't still being articulated well. To be fair, though, the sound of the falling tree makes more sense than a liberal do . . .
