No, having a national flag upside down and flipped to the side is a symbol of anti-government. Look at the New Zealand mandate protest in Wellington. They were flying the New Zealand flag upside and flipped to the side in a show of rebellion. It is also commonly associated with conspiracy theorists and White Supremacists.

They have good reason to believe Trump-et took documents from the White House when he shouldn't have. I mean, the guy's got a criminal record! He incited violence at the January 6th Capitol Attack. And told even try to tell me I'm being influenced and manipulated by racist and Anti-American Democrats. So, there is a reason to scour his Mar-A-Lago house.
