I mean, you'd think the "law & order" President would have cheerfully complied with the national archives when they said he needed to return all those documents because they weren't "private papers' but government property.
You know, following the law.
It's not like this came out of nowhere. He was told multiple times to return all of those documents. He refused to comply with the law.
