Larry, your take on this situation is, as per usual, completely off target. The voters affirmed that the Kansas supreme court is the ultimate decider on issues. If they had chosen otherwise, all it would take is a court challenge to have the ballot measure overturned.
In other words, all that happened here is the system worked, sort of, as it's supposed to.
Only the leftard media would try to make it anything more than it is, just to get the ill-informed all riled up. But you wouldn't fall for that, would you?
