If you want specific law being broken, I didn't see if the people actually got charged with anything in Georgia... but a republican man in Nevada apparently plead guilty to a "misdemeanor charge of conspiracy to commit voting more than once in the same election" voting in the name of his dead wife. Apparently he basically got a slap on the wrist.
