Eugenics has been a big part of all socialists, communist, fascist and Nazi regimes. Toxic narcissists are attracted to power and those regimes give them the power they crave. Then they start playing God and killing off people they don't like. They are the ones who violated the Constitution and had the courts force "legislation" on us that allowed the narcissists to murder their own babies before they were born or while they were being born.
