Incompetence and officers trained not to act until approved. We must allow officers to act in good faith. The officer could have shot him entering the school, but he was afraid to act without approval. Though we need to hold officers accountable for gross negligence we also have to support them in acting. This is a direct result of the anti police rhetoric and the lefts demand to prosecute them and try to jail them if anyone is killed regardless of the circumstances.
