The pharmaceutical companies are protected from lawsuits over harm. This is different. Thhe product doesn’t do what it was advertised to do. That is fraud, a whole different subject.

They’re protected from liability of the vaccine doing harm to a person. The government has a fund you can apply to receive compensation if you claim you’re injured by a vaccine. A lot of hoops to jump through; most people are unsuccessful.
