This is a lie. The law restricts them from being within 8 Feet

Personally I loath cops and they are all crimminals. But you cab get all the footage you need from 8 or more feet away. Hell Cellphones today? 20 or more feet is plenty.

Oh yeah, I'm totally sure that no police officer would do anything like walk towards someone who's filming them.

That is a fantastic point. Fortunatly it would be on the video evidence. Something FUN about cops is how they EASILY open themsleves up to lawsuits.
