The secret service had one supervisor, who was not on scene that day say he hadn’t heard of the incident in the car. Another agent, that was walking near the car confirmed that the incident had happened. So they were both invited to come in under oath and tell their stories. There's no cross examination we can't say either way and since there's a little thing called 'innocent until proven guilty in a COURT OF LAW' then Trump has to be presumed innocent no matter what.

Why would you need cross examination in a hearing? That will happen once trump is in a courtroom. All he has to do is swear in under oath and testify, show his proof that all his cabinet officials are lying.
