'nor shall any state deprive any person.' Here is the key phrase. 'ANY PERSON.' 'ANY PERSON.' This is why illegal immigrants are protected by the 14th Amendment and allowed the due process of law. 'ANY PERSON' means. And I quote. ANY. PERSON. Whether you are part of the US an Illegal Immigrant or a Foreigner visiting for whatever reason. You are protected by the 14th Amendment.

So naturally unborn babies would also be protected by the 14th Amendment as there is no where in the Amendments saying that unborn are not a person. And if you look at the definition of fetus up, it speaks of a developing human being. And well.. Human being is a person. It should be fairly obvious for any of you baby-killing shills.
