Rights exist everywhere or nowhere. See, Dred Scott: a slave who escaped to “free soil” yet was told that he was still a slave.

Rights exist everywhere or nowhere. See, Dred Scott: a slave who escaped to “free soil” yet was told that he was still a slave. | A right is a right only if it exists everywhere in the country and can’t be taken away by the political process. So it cannot be said that American women living in so-called “blue states” still have the “right” to an abortion. Because that “right” is now at the mercy of their own state governments, the competing laws of other states, and the federal government itself. | image tagged in constitution, human rights,rights,abortion,pro-choice,equality | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

Rights are social constructs. Power is real, but it often has a social construct element as well. That's precisely why those who want justice and freedom need to organize.

Y’all are not only taking the right away but claiming it never existed. That’s some real Maoist historical revisionism right there.

+ ♾ social credit, well done comrade

"Abortion is unconstitutional according to the 14th Amendment"

Where does the 14th say that?

Yeah even the Dobbs opinion, for all its radicalism, didn’t claim that. States remain free to permit abortion, till the Republican Party moves even further to the right.

Harder claim to swallow, only +15 social credit for that one

You're okay with taxing churches, I assume? That's not a constitutional right either
