Rights are social constructs. Power is real, but it often has a social construct element as well. That's precisely why those who want justice and freedom need to organize.

abortion never was a constitutional right. it was just a choice.
Yeah even the Dobbs opinion, for all its radicalism, didn’t claim that. States remain free to permit abortion, till the Republican Party moves even further to the right.

A right is a right only if it exists everywhere in the country and can’t be taken away by the political process. So it cannot be said that American women living in so-called “blue states” still have the “right” to an abortion. Because that “right” is now at the mercy of their own state governments, the competing laws of other states, and the federal government itself.
