Trump's continuing relevance rests in the fact that he tried to remain in office counter to the Will of the People, Rule of Law and that he's a malignant, corrupting influence on anyone gullible enough to buy into what he's selling.
Unfortunately, there are a too many people out there who will never reach their breaking point, never say "No, that's too much; I can't support Trump anymore." I mean...it's called a cult for a reason. And until such time as he's either dead or in prison, he remains an existential threat to the U.S.
