Gun owners are responsible for the vast majority of gun crime — almost 100% even!

Psssst . . . most people using a gun to commit a crime, illegally attained their weapon. This is why all those laws that 2nd Amendment haters enacted to 'protect' people are mostly just punishing honest citizens because -- GASP! -- criminals are by definition . . . criminal and violate laws as a matter of course.

Aren't we punishing honest citizens - even children - by subjecting them to an increased risk of death by random gunfire?

Actually, if not for Cultural Marxism, people's lives would be much more pleasant and safer. Pretty much all the open sore evils in this nation boils down to the Left having become the arbiter of what is or is not acceptable or 'good'.

There’s no evidence Cultural Marxism (whatever that is) had anything to do with Uvalde. The evidence is that he was a depressed and anxious kid who was counting down the days until his 18th birthday when he could buy an assault rifle legally. And that’s exactly what he did, and the rest is history.

Did our society fail that kid in some way? Maybe. Maybe he was possessed by the Devil. If you’re theologically inclined, you might reach for that explanation. Choose whatever bogeyman you want. Who knows? Who cares? The dead don’t care.

America has 330+ million people & there are some seriously demented and dangerous ones in our midst. Some say we’re a uniquely violent country. I don’t think that’s true, personally. I find it depressing and, frankly, un-American that so many on the Left and Right really think that.

We just need to make sure weirdos are either getting the treatment they need, or being deprived of weapons, or, ideally, both.

No, the fact people will abuse money, steal, etc. is a good reason to regulate it, and a good reason to regulate guns as well.

We already have laws. Like laws that state if you shoot a person in the back of the head in the middle of a street for no good reason then you go to jail. Once again - Enforce the laws we got. The majority of problems in the US would go away overnight if that would happen!
