You're correct. We have a bunch of refinery capacity for quality petroleum products but only work with the light sweet grade. It would have been cool to use the heavy stuff from the pipeline and be paid by China for the low quality products though.

But the XL pipeline had nothing to do with our oil and he issued 9000 drilling permits. Russia is a world oil exporter like us. How the hell does Sleepy Joe "green light" anything in Russia?
