You are right, we should blame it on kids being able to have guns so easily.

Wasn't a kid and it wasn't easy. If existing laws were followed he never would have gotten them.

No he didn't. He had several police reports that should have flagged his background check. Also where did he get the money?

He worked at a Wendy’s. If you purchase a gun through over the counter sale, and they fail to do a proper background check (they still did one) does that make it illegal?
