Most of us are not the ones saying that money is the root of evil. We work hard for our money and we know that we deserve it and earned it fairly. That phrase is the favorite of socialists and communists that live the life of envy for anyone that has made a living - especially a good living.

They also leave out the 'love of' part of that line.
