okay fine... this is what he actually said.

It sounds interesting. And then I see the disinfectant, where it knocks it out in a minute. One minute. And is there a way we can do something like that, by injection inside or almost a cleaning.
Yes, "hit[ing] the body wiht a tremendous ... light... through the skin" is basically just giving people skin cancer. and you can't "bring light inside the body." It might be the most idiotic thing I've heard, he speaks like he hasn't done basic physics. and he suggested injecting a disinfectant into your body. He obviously hasn't done basic anatomy courses either.
