Your facts are clearly lacking. If you are a Democrat politician, you can (and DO) cross the government, and will probably never be put in to begin with. And then there's all those Democrat supported rioters, none of which are likely still in jail for their many, many crimes.
Question: is burning down a police precinct building considered a crime against the government?
Your problem, like that of most liberals, is that in America, the government IS the people. Or at least, that is what it is supposed to be. Were it not for Democrats, it would still be.
