Again, suicide is an extremely serious issue and we don't need any more of it in the world. Any form of encouragement for someone to commit suicide should not be allowed at all. People can read the rules. If there was encouragement, it would be on purpose, not by accident.

Yeah, but first time offence = less punishment. If they infringe the rules again they get banned. Its called mercy: compassion or forgiveness shown toward someone whom it is within one's power to punish or harm. An 8 hour ban would do nothing and when someone posts something on the internet, it stays in circulation forever. Giving them a second chance to do the same thing would just make more suicide encouragement circulate around the internet. Sorry, but the majority of people want it to be a permaban.
