The only truth in your meme is the fact that the Asian is probably a Republican because Democrat supporters target Asians for violent attacks across the nation.

Only criminals disobey the law. There is NO LAW that would prevent this guy from killing anyone.

Now, the proposals that have been made by Republicans are things like:
More officers at the school...
Locked classroom doors that allow egress, but not ingress during classes in session...
Locked outer doors, or manned by security while open...
Locking up criminals...
More mental health facilities for those who clearly need it...
Better and up-to-date mental case reporting to the proper channels so that when background checks are performed the FBI they can stop little crazy snots from buying them...

But do you see the problem that you can't have it piece meal like this-it has to be across the board because just because a few cities may have stricter gun laws, it doesn't mean they can't go to a different city next door and get what they want. You're not proving any point here.
