What rubbed me the wrong way was when he tried to force a widow out of her home back in '96 so he could raze it to make room for a limousine parking lot. Fortunately, he failed (no surprises there).
But it didn't stop there, no...
After having his efforts to take a widow's home from her thwarted, he started a cartoonishly spiteful construction project building a protuberance onto his adjacent hotel/casino extending out over her house. But wait, there's more!! During the aforementioned construction, her roof was set on fire, the house subsequently, additionally water-damaged from the fire being put out. He was taken to court, found liable for the damages and ordered to compensate the widow. Of course, he didn't live up to his responsibility.
