I’m personally not a furry, and I hate misconceptions. I hate when people accuse furries of being zооphiles, because that’s only the disgusting portion of any community, being a furry is a hobby, not a sexuality or fetish. I hate when people explicitly target furries on being sexually active, too. Have they even SEEN other communities? Zelda, Pokémon, Undertale, even FNAF… (Eww, why would you ship animatronics?) People should just learn to be civil and get along. Don’t care what your hobby is, what your gender is, what your race or sexuality are, everyone should be treated equally! That would be my ideal world.
I am pansexual, and I have a friend who’s pansexual and a furry. I can vouch for the community. Plus I’m in multiple furry servers. And just like your “average person”, furries are no different, they’re people like us who just want to fit into society and be loved! I hope this changes peoples’ views for the better.
