I used to run a plumbing shop. We receiveed our products at 61% of MSRP. THIS allowed for a fauvet to have a MSRP of $500, and we could sell it for $480. The customer got a deal, as it was discounted, and we still made profit.
Now lets look at the BIG PICTURE. Ingredient cost is a tiny fraction of the product. You have the paper wrapper cost (packaging), the staffing cost, the cost of the building, property taxes, insurance, cost of electricity, all has to be recovered partially by each and every burrito/taco....
