he has deleted 2 of my old streams and so many of my memes and comments. not to mention all the posting and comment bans he has put on me.

That is so true!

Technically a Global Mod is to not only keep an eye on the 'whole' but also on mods in case they start abusing their power.

Ironically, The only one I see abusing power is him.

Now, I'm not unsympathetic to the job he has to do on imgflip, and imgflip should probably up a couple of the site mods to global mods

There's acuity but he/she I'm pretty sure is more on the tech side for imgflip, leaving ser the main man because Dylan ain't here most times.
